The trees are loaded with Juneberries! (also known as Saskatoon berries.) I picked about all I could reach from our tree and then went to the neighbors and asked if I could pick some of theirs too. They made delicious muffins! Yum!

I don't think I ever picked Juneberries when I lived in Michigan. If I would have known, I would have been picking! Maybe it's a west side of the state thing.
