I thought I'd show off my progress on my bedspread project.  I think it is getting close to twin-bed size, as it is much longer than I am tall.  But I'm shooting for queen-bed sized, so I'm probably only a little more than halfway done.  I really like this project and I get a good feeling of accomplishment as it grows in size.  It is getting a little bit big to stuff in my crochet bag for trips in the car, but I still bring it along - can't waste valuable sitting time with idle hands!

Oh it is beautiful! I wish I had your stick-to-it-ivness. Seems like every project I start only lasts for a week or two. I think it will make a great bedspead and wonderful family heirloom.

I thought this would be a a 15 to 20 year project, but you are cranking on it! I love watching you knit! ;-)

IT'S NOT KNITTING!!! (We have this talk all the time! He has trouble breaking the habit of talking about knitting, i guess.)

Oh well, he probably just doesn't know how to spell "crochet".
