Mango Tango is in the shop for repairs.    :(

Jim and I took a ride on Mango Tango today.  We had planned to ride about 30 miles, but alas, the condition of the roads here in West Michigan took its toll.  We hit a couple of bad potholes and shortly after the 2nd one, KABOOM!  Blowout.  When we took the tire off the rim, we found that there were 2 places in the rim where it flared out - pothole damage.  We were about 7 miles from home, so Jim called a taxi and came back with the rango.  We went right out to our favorite bike shop in Holland and left it there for repairs.  It needed a spring tune-up.  Hopefully the rim can be fixed - rather pricey to replace it.  

Anyhow, it was a beautiful day here.  Depending on the thermometer you looked at, it was 63 - 67 degrees.  Sunny and a slight breeze - beautiful!  I even had the windows open upstairs this morning!
